LoudlyTyped sells print-on-demand apparel and merchandise featuring original bold-text graphic designs. All designs are original works created by LoudlyTyped. Products are fulfilled by third-party print providers (Printify and affiliated fulfillment partners).
Orders placed through our Etsy or Redbubble storefronts are subject to the respective platform's terms of service in addition to these terms. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. LoudlyTyped is not liable for delays caused by fulfillment partners or shipping carriers.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was listed. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
All designs, text, and graphics produced by LoudlyTyped are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our designs without written permission. Our designs do not use copyrighted characters, trademarked phrases, or licensed content.
If you tag us or share content featuring our products on social media, you grant LoudlyTyped a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost or feature that content for promotional purposes. We will always credit the original poster when reposting.
Our products are sold through third-party platforms (Etsy, Redbubble, TikTok Shop, Pinterest). Use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. LoudlyTyped is not responsible for the policies or practices of those platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoudlyTyped's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
